Dr. De Los Rios is a board certified Neurologist and Vascular Neurologist who has subspecialty training in stroke and cerebrovascular diseases. He is the Director of the Joint Commission Certified Comprehensive Stroke Program at Baptist Hospital of Miami and also of the Baptist Health South Florida Stroke Program. Dr. De Los Rios was an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Hospital and is currently a Voluntary Assistant Professor of Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. De Los Rios is also a clinical researcher and continues to publish articles in neurology specific scientific journals.

Dr. De Los Rios completed medical school at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru. He then completed his Internship, Neurology residency, and Vascular Neurology fellowship at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dr. De Los Rios is fluent in both Spanish and English. He provides diagnostic and treatment related services for the entire spectrum of Neurological diseases. His areas of special interest within neurology include the treatment and prevention of stroke, cerebral aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, carotid or vertebral artery dissections, and vascular neurology.
