Dr. Gran has been a Florida-licensed psychologist specializing in neuropsychology since 1998. He is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University. Of Hispanic origin, Dr. Gran has specialized in the evaluation and treatment of Spanish-speaking clients since 1994. Dr. Gran has been a paneled Neuropsychological Examiner for the Miami-Dade Criminal Courts since 2003, Chief Neuropsychologist to Catholic Health Services-St. Anthony's Rehabilitation Hospital in Lauderdale Lakes since 2001, examiner for Vocational Rehabilitation since 2001 and as Consulting Neuropsychologist to several neurological practices since 2000. In these settings he is called on to examine Hispanic clients involved in civil litigation as well as Workers Compensation claims.

Dr. Gran has also engaged as one of the principal investigators in research assessing the cognitive and psychological effects of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on brain-injured Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans. Dr. Gran has served as a private practice adjunct to evaluating servicemen and women from the West Palm Beach VAMC and currently Dr. Gran also assists in examining prospective candidates for DBS implantation.
