Dr. Julie Schwartzbard is board certified in Neurology. She is fellowship trained in neuromuscular disorders and performs nerve conduction studies and electromyography. She also specializes in dementia, migraine headaches, Parkinson’s disease, vertigo, stroke and epilepsy.
Dr. Schwartzbard is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Miami School of Medicine. She completed her neurology training at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami, followed by a fellowship in Neuromuscular Diseases.
In addition to her private practice, she is involved in multiple research studies investigating new treatments for various neurological disorders including dementia, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. Dr. Schwartzbard is on the voluntary faculty of the University of Miami where she assists with teaching the residents in training.
Dr. Schwartzbard’s philosophy is to focus on quality not quantity, and she is proud of the special attention and care that she provides to each of her patients.
